About the Recipe
Ingredients
700g Beef Mince (between 5% - 12% fat content)
800g chopped tomatoes
200g white onion (finely diced)
400g kidney beans
20g of garlic paste
30g of cumin powder
15g of coriander powder
15g chilli powder
1 beef stock cube
50g fresh coriander
Preparation
Start by cooking off your onions and beef mince, either drain the fat or cook it off over a period of time, for this quantity should only take half an hour roughly
add in all the spices, garlic, and cook those off, i haven't included this in the ingredients but if you have a splash of red wine chuck this in just to deglaze the pan
once you've cooked the spices off for a couple minutes, add in your chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and let simmer for roughly twenty minutes. add the fresh coriander in at the very end when finished cooking, serve however you want
